SomniSentry provides tools to capture and review sleep-related audio events and to support reflection (e.g., dream journaling).
2. Not medical advice
SomniSentry is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you believe you may have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the app lawfully and responsibly.
- Obtain appropriate consent when using audio features in shared spaces.
- Keep your device secure (passcode/biometrics).
4. Your content
You retain rights to your audio clips and journal entries. You grant us a limited license only to operate the service (and only for optional cloud features if you enable them).
5. Payments & subscriptions
If you purchase Pro features, payments are handled by the app store and subject to their terms. Subscription details and cancellation instructions will be provided in-app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post updates here and may notify you in-app for material changes.
